If your campaign isn’t receiving traffic or impressions in Adzumo, don’t worry — this usually comes down to a few simple setup or compliance issues. Below are the most common reasons why a campaign may not be delivering.
⚠️ 1. Your Banners Have Been Rejected
If your banners were rejected during the review process, your campaign will not be eligible to serve traffic until new creatives are approved.
Check your campaign’s status and review any notes provided by the compliance team for clarification.
🚫 2. Your Banners Violate Publisher Restrictions
Each publisher has specific content restrictions (e.g., no cams, no escort services, no adult games, no hardcore).
If your creative or ad type conflicts with these restrictions, your campaign will be blocked from appearing on that publisher’s inventory.
You can review the full list of restrictions under:

💰 3. You’re Being Outbid by Other Advertisers
Campaigns compete in real-time bidding. If other advertisers are bidding higher CPM or CPC rates, your ads may not win impressions.
Try increasing your bid slightly or enabling Smart Bidding to stay competitive in auctions.

⚙️ 4. Incorrect Campaign Setup
A common reason for no traffic is a mismatch between your campaign targeting and zone type.
For example:
You set the campaign to Mobile, but placed it on a Desktop zone.
You whitelisted a Member’s Area (MA) source but selected a non-MA ad type.
Always double-check your targeting settings, ad types, and device configurations before launching.
